My favourite! I take it in courses for 2 months, then take a break for 1-2 months. I feel a surge of strength and energy, and my libido increased. My hair has fallen out less and my skin is better. It’s beneficial for women planning a pregnancy and for men before conception for 3 months, as it enhances sperm quality. It is better absorbed by the body than standard folic acid. I recommend it.
